Job Description
The Customer Support Specialist ensures prompt resolution of UK/EU client needs, provides logistics and supply chain support, and elevates satisfaction for B2B partners as part of ZENSORA’s London team.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to calls, tickets and client emails
- Coordinate with logistics/ops teams for problem solving
- Document and follow up on customer issues
- Manage support SLAs / KPIs
- Drive customer feedback and improvement
- Prepare client reports and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in business, supply chain, or service discipline
- 2+ years B2B customer service
- Strong English spoken/written
Preferred Qualifications
- Foreign language skills (preferred)
- Software/CRM support tools experience
