Job Description

The Customer Support Specialist ensures prompt resolution of UK/EU client needs, provides logistics and supply chain support, and elevates satisfaction for B2B partners as part of ZENSORA’s London team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to calls, tickets and client emails
  • Coordinate with logistics/ops teams for problem solving
  • Document and follow up on customer issues
  • Manage support SLAs / KPIs
  • Drive customer feedback and improvement
  • Prepare client reports and presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in business, supply chain, or service discipline
  • 2+ years B2B customer service
  • Strong English spoken/written

Preferred Qualifications

  • Foreign language skills (preferred)
  • Software/CRM support tools experience
