Job Description

The General Manager leads the day-to-day operations for ZENSORA’s Hong Kong division. This full-time, cross-functional role ensures departmental objectives and client satisfaction are met for both the company and its partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee office management and personnel
  • Improve team/department performance
  • Drive business development and marketing at HK HQ
  • Lead communication with B2B customers and partners
  • Budget and resource management for the HK branch
  • Implement company projects, processes, and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related
  • 5+ years in operational management
  • Demonstrated team leadership in APAC

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or similar master’s
  • Knowledge of Cantonese and English
