Job Description
The General Manager leads the day-to-day operations for ZENSORA’s Hong Kong division. This full-time, cross-functional role ensures departmental objectives and client satisfaction are met for both the company and its partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee office management and personnel
- Improve team/department performance
- Drive business development and marketing at HK HQ
- Lead communication with B2B customers and partners
- Budget and resource management for the HK branch
- Implement company projects, processes, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related
- 5+ years in operational management
- Demonstrated team leadership in APAC
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or similar master’s
- Knowledge of Cantonese and English
