Lead HR processes and people strategy for ZENSORA UK/Asia.
Job Description
The HR Manager will lead recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and ensure labor compliance for ZENSORA’s diverse UK/HK teams. This person will deliver best-in-class employee experience and ensure people/values alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end UK/EU hiring and new hire onboarding
- Coordinate learning, retention, and HR systems
- Promote DEI initiatives and employee culture
- Lead performance reviews & conflict resolution
- Manage compliance and risk for labor/HR laws
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in HR, business, or people management
- 5+ years HR generalist/manager experience
- Experience in international/matrix teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Chartered/SHRM accreditation
- Foreign languages a plus (Mandarin, French)
