Logistics Manager - Hong Kong

Job Description

The Logistics Manager is a pivotal full-time role; you oversee distribution, supply chain, and transport for APAC operations. You will manage 3PL partners, optimize our private fleet, and deliver best-in-class B2B service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily APAC warehouse and shipping operations
• Supervise logistics team, drivers, and vendor partners
• Implement real-time tracking and inventory systems
• Negotiate pricing/contracts with express/freight providers
• Ensure compliance with customs, insurance, safety
• Continuously optimize cost, speed, and quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in logistics, supply chain, or related
• 5+ years logistics management experience
• Familiarity with HK/Asia logistics providers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital logistics/AI tools
• Certification in supply chain or transport
